Online Chair Yoga 

A gentle yoga practice modified for all levels that utilizes the chair for support. The class will include breath work, stretching/strengthening, slow mindful movements, and guided meditation. The purpose is to provide a holistic healing tool (mind/body/spirit) to awaken the power within and meet each individual’s personal needs. No experience required.

Online Gentle Yoga

A Gentle Yoga Flow class geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice.  This class incorporates simple flowing sequences to warm up and stretch the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.  Each class will incorporate props, modifications, and adaptations to make the class accessible to people of all ages and abilities.  It will end with an extended period of relaxation.  No experience required.
